Utthita Trikonasana

The extended triangle pose, Utthita Trikonasana, is the quintessential beginner’s pose that teaches us the foundations of yoga. Alignment, extension and stability all form part of this beautiful pose where the body creates a series of triangles through the extension of the legs, trunk and arms.
