Virabhadrasana II
The second warrior pose, Virabhadrasana II, requires strength, stamina and precision, all of which are qualities of an ancient and mythical warrior. Although it is a beginner’s pose, it is an immensely challenging pose to get absolutely correct – even for experienced students – as it works every single joint and muscle in the body.
Health is the delicate balance in the harmony of the body, mind and spirit where physical disabilities and mental distractions have vanished.
