Workshops are a great way of deepening your yoga practice by spending more time analysing various yoga poses. Workshops are an opportunity to reach levels of understanding not possible through a regular class.
They last around 3 hours and consist of detailed work in yoga poses, demonstrations and consolidation of knowledge. Don't worry, you won't be required to hold poses for 3 hours without rest, but you may be asked to demonstrate a pose or work in pairs.
It is recommended you’ve done at least 6 month’s of yoga before attending a workshop.
